I had surgery done on my left hand a couple of years ago that resulted in the loss
of use of my left middle finger. So, in some of these videos, my left hand does not 
represent the material in Fear of Guitar.  The way I finger chords and scales has 
been repurposed, but the fingerings shown in the book are correct.
